 Kindergarten Home Page
When people say they found their nitch, well, now I know how it feels! I love teaching Kindergarten here at Sligo and I look forward to another wonderful year! I graduated from Southern Adventist University with a Bachelor's in Psychology / Elementary Education in 2002 and have enjoyed teaching all levels from K-8 since. I love sewing, baking (and eathing!), taking pictures of my two spunky kiddos (Reagan age 4, and Garrett age 3) and gardening. Some goals and dreams that I have for my students would definitely be to instill a life long love of learning, and to draw each child closer to Jesus. I love making things real, tangible and down to earth. I sing with my students and teach them about things that will not only serve them here on earth, but also enhance their character with eternal value. My parting words? "Thank you for telling me!" |
